Endodontist
Dr. Heather Ryan, DMD earned her dental degree from Nova Southeastern University. She is passionate about delivering patient-centered care with a focus on comfort, precision, and trust. Dr. Ryan especially enjoys surprising patients with how painless a root canal can be. With advanced training and a Certificate in Endodontics, she is dedicated to relieving pain and preserving natural teeth while ensuring each patient feels calm and confident throughout treatment. Her commitment to excellence has been recognized with honors including the American College of Dentists Student Ethics Award and Honors in Biology from UNC Charlotte. She has also contributed to research, including work on “Serum Survival of Vibrio vulnificus: Role of Genotype, Capsule, Complement, Clinical Origin, and in Situ Incubation.” Dr. Ryan believes in truly listening to her patients and tailoring care to their individual needs. She strives to create an environment where patients feel respected, informed, and comfortable at every visit. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, as well as her cat, Zazu. She is also a fan of Asian cuisine.
