With the Onix Implant Programs, your full arch implants are covered today, tomorrow, and for life. Patients purchasing a full arch implant solution from Aspen Dental receive the following benefits as part of their purchase: Package pricing, implant product warranty, Onix Implant discounts for Life, and Onix Money-Back Guarantee.
Eligibility and Limitations
Applies only to full arch implant treatments that commenced on or after March 2, 2026, and that explicitly include the Onix Implant Programs in the treatment plan. Check with your office for details and eligibility.
Patients must follow all care and maintenance instructions provided by the treating clinician(s).
Package pricing
One comprehensive price for your full arch implant solution.
Details & terms
Your new full arch implant solution is covered under one comprehensive Package Price. Services included in the treatment plan will be determined at the discretion of the treating clinician.
Services included in the Package Price may vary based on patient clinical needs (e.g., number of implants placed, number of extractions needed).
Insured patients will receive the “better of” their contracted insurance rate and the Package Price:
If patient responsibility under insurance is lower than the Package Price, and the patient elects to use their insurance benefits, a refund will be issued to the patient if the application of insurance benefits creates an over-payment.
If patient responsibility under insurance would have been higher than the Package Price, Aspen Dental will not seek any additional payment.
Implant product warranty
Your full arch implant solution is protected from breaks, cracks, manufacturer defects, and fractures free of charge.

An express warranty comes with your full arch implant solution:
Onix Secure: Valid for the first seven (7) years after delivery of your newly fabricated, final prosthesis.
For patients retrofitting an existing denture, the existing warranty applies and patients do not receive a new or extended warranty upon modification of the existing denture.
Onix Fixed: Valid for the first ten (10) years after delivery of your newly fabricated, final prosthesis.
The following actions will nullify and void a patient’s enrollment in the Implant Product Warranty:
If patient receives treatment of any kind involving (directly or indirectly) the dental implant and/or prosthesis from any dentist or healthcare professional not affiliated with Aspen Dental.
If a patient fails to properly maintain the full arch implant solution or implants are directed by treating dentist.
If a patient attempts to adjust, repair or modify the full arch implant solution themselves in any way.
Onix Implant discounts for life
We will replace your full arch implant prosthesis at 50% off for life.

The Onix Implant Discounts for Life program permits patients to receive 50% off the cost of new replacement full arch implant prosthesis for life, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Patients may redeem the discount on one or both arches, if the patient purchased two arches, covered by the Onix Implant Discounts for Life program.
In addition to offering full replacements, your treating dentist may offer repairs and adjustments to your current arch if a replacement arch is not clinically recommended.
Limitations and Additional Terms
Implants, hardware, and other dental work are not included in the discount.
Discounts are applied to the usual and customary fee for the prosthesis at the time of redemption.
The 50% discount cannot be combined with coupons, promotions, Aspen Dental Savings Plan or other discounts.
Previously purchased full arch implant prostheses are not covered by the Onix Implant Discounts for Life program.
Onix Money-Back Guarantee
The Onix Money-Back Guarantee covers the two major elements of your Onix dental implants treatment: the full arch prosthesis and the implants. We’ll do everything we can to make your treatment work for you, or we’ll give you your money back.

Full arch prosthesis
If you’re not satisfied with the results of your new full arch prosthesis, we’ll give you your money back. Additional adjustments may be offered prior to refund.
The Onix Money-Back Guarantee applies to Onix full arch implant products and covers the final, full arch prosthesis only and not related dentistry services, such as implants.
For patients retrofitting an existing denture for Onix Secure treatment, the original Denture Money-Back Guarantee (DMBG) period applies, and the retrofit does not grant a new or extended DMBG period.
The guarantee period begins upon insertion of the final implant prosthesis , and the refund request must be submitted within 90 days thereafter.
Prosthesis must be returned within 90 days after refund request date.
Implants
This guarantee covers the implants that support the prosthesis if they fail to successfully integrate. We will correct any implants required to make your treatment work, free of charge.
If enough implants fail such that an implant-supported restoration is not clinically viable, a patient is eligible for a refund of the related treatment, at the discretion of the treating clinician. Refunds are specific to the impacted arch and do not apply to arches or other treatments that are unaffected by implant failures.
Your doctor must be given the opportunity to correct your treatment, at no cost to you, before any refund is given.
Patients must fully and accurately provide medical history and medical clearance. Failure to provide accurate or complete information will void the Onix Money-Back Guarantee.
Patients must follow all before and after surgery care instructions provided by Aspen Dental treating clinicians, including, but not limited to, any post-operative protocol and maintenance. Failure to abide by these requirements and obligations, among others, will void the Onix Money-Back Guarantee.
The guarantee period begins upon insertion of implant(s) and original refund request must be submitted within 12 months thereafter. Refunds may be processed after 12 months as long as the patient begins the refund request within 12 months.
