Beyond our scope

While we strive to provide the highest quality in our products, it's important to note that our denture and implant warranties have limitations. Below are the areas not covered in our warranties:

Natural wear and tear

Normal denture and implant wear, loss, discoloration, neglect or abuse are not covered under our warranties. It does not cover costs associated with reconstruction, repair, reline or replacement in these situations.

Changes in gums or bones

Gum and bone changes due to remodeling or weight fluctuations that result in ill-fitting dentures or implant solutions are not covered by our warranties.

Outside alterations

Adjustments or alterations by someone other than your Aspen Dental team are not advised for your safety and will render a warranty void.

Our warranties guarantee a fast repair or replacement for breaks in your dentures or implants, covering you against unexpected accidents.

Cracks

Cracks can compromise the functionality and appearance of your denture or implant. Our warranties cover the repair of cracks.

Fractures

Fractures can cause discomfort and inconvenience. Our warranties provide assurance, ensuring a hassle-free solution for fractures.

Frequently asked questions

Dental implants are made to last a lifetime and are backed by a 25-year warranty.

Yes, a full fixed arch prosthetic has a 10-year warranty, implant dentures have a 7-year warranty, implant bridge prosthetics have a 5-year warranty, and single tooth prosthetics have a 5-year warranty. These numbers apply to the prosthetics themselves. The fixed full implants, however, all have a warranty guaranteed for 25 years.

It is important to note that if any adjustments, modifications or alterations are made to your dentures or implants by someone who is not a certified professional from Aspen Dental, this action will void the warranty. To ensure the longevity and effectiveness of your dentures or implants, all maintenance and adjustments should be performed by Aspen Dental.

A pair of dentures should last between 5-7 years, with proper care and regular dental check-ups for maintenance and needed adjustments. The lifespan of your dentures can differ depending on the quality of materials as well as how they fit.

At Aspen Dental, we offer a 2-year or 6-month warranty, depending on which partial denture you have. We recommend discussing warranty details directly with your Aspen Dental office for the most accurate information.
