Aspen Dental, Triadelphia, WV - After being warmly greeted at the front desk and completing my paperwork, Mike took me back for a complete course of X-Rays. Lindsey, dental hygienist, did a thorough gum exam and determined I had localized Periodontitis. Dr. Nick Miller informed me that I had a cavity. Each new person explained every detail of my tests and exams and each provided treatment options for me to consider. Derrick assisted me with scheduling and created a written cost detail to help me determine how I wanted to proceed. My next visit was with Lindsey cleaning my teeth and treating my gums. After over three years with ear pain that was not identifiable by multiple physicians, I was amazed to discover after my gum treatment, which included a locally applied antibiotic, that my ear was completely clear. Every visit to my previous dentist/hygienist I would ask about my receding gums and was given only brushing instructions. Dr. Nick and Susie were an incredible team in completing my filling. This new facility has televisions at each treatment station for the patient to choose entertainment if you are someone who needs to be distracted at the dentist's office.
