This place is amazing! Gisela is so welcoming at the front desk. The dental assistants, Valerya and Lysette, were wonderful—both took the time to explain everything they were doing. The hygienist clearly walked me through my cleaning and gave great advice for continuing care at home. Dr. Castillo made sure I fully understood my treatment plan and answered all of my questions. And lastly, Juana, the consultant, explained the costs thoroughly and really helped ease my nerves.
Absolutely wonderful experience the staff is amazing and financing was easy Lynette Longoria was the best with customer service skills and making appointments and a welcome environment.the actual experience was amazing but the hospitality and professionalism from my dentist was exceptional and she was very good, very knowledgeable, exact and completely professional on top of everything else she made herself available.I recommend aspen dental of lake Jackson Texas to everyone including my family. Hats off to the dentist. I left another doctor office due to offering nothing as good as above comments, and was not affordable as aspen dental May I add again my dentist is amazing lady !!!!!
