I am happy that I came. I had a great experience not overwhelming not pushing me to get something. I did not need. Thanks.
Dr. Christopher Williams and the entire Aspen Dental team on Hulen Street in Southwest Fort Worth, Texas. Thank you for the exceptional care, compassion, and professionalism you showed me during my dental treatment. As a patient, I was initially given the option of extracting two teeth—one upper and one lower—in the back of my mouth. Since they were not visible, I thought removing them would be the most cost-effective solution. After all, no one would have known but God, my dentist, and me. However, Dr. Williams took the time to listen, educate, and explain that losing those teeth could create more significant dental issues in the future. While I was focused on saving money in the moment, God had a greater plan. Through His provision and the guidance of Dr. Williams, I was able to find a solution that helped me save both my teeth and my finances. I am deeply grateful for the way Dr. Williams and his associates cared not only about the pain in my mouth but also the pain in my pocketbook. That level of compassion and collaboration meant more than words can express. If I could hand out purple stars 💜, every member of the team would receive one. Since I cannot, please know that each of you will always hold a special place in my heart and remain in my prayers. Thank you again for everything you have done for me and for the many Aspen Dental patients whose lives you impact every day. May God continue to bless each of you as you serve others with excellence, kindness, and care. With sincere gratitude, Vanessa Anderson-Brown 💜
I've had dental issues my whole life (thanks genetics), so I'm always anxious when I have to have a visit, especially if it's a new facility. My insurance coverage led me to Aspen Dental with Dr. Williams and I'll be honest, I was very nervous to go to a "chain" dentist. My nerves were unfounded. The office staff is extremely welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I can speak to the services because I ended up having nearly everything. Lock in, it's a long one: First, I had a consultation where the imaging was extremely thorough including a 3D scanner (which was super cool). After my imaging, Dr. Williams came in and took his time speaking with me, answering questions, and explaining the care plan recommendation. I ended up with a broken tooth (which is what prompt the initial visit) needing a root canal, and a tooth with an infection I didn't even know about. Very quickly, my appointment with the endodontist was scheduled. The endodontist was AMAZING. She was honest about the infected tooth and gave me options regarding treatment but also gave me her recommendations. I ended up having a root canal on the broken tooth and while it's weird to say, it was almost enjoyable. No discomfort, no pain. Nothing like a previous root canal I had where I was in pain and uncomfortable. Definitely recommend her if you need an endodontist. Following the root canal, it was decided to have the infected tooth extracted and place a bone graft. This was scheduled quickly and Dr. Williams was FANTASTIC. I had never had an extraction before so he took the time to explain the procedure and was very thorough. I had absolutely no pain or discomfort during the extraction (molar). Again, something I was extremely anxious about ended up being completely fine. After care was explained and I was on my way. Through this office I've also had two visits with the hygienist, who is WONDERFUL as well as getting the crown made and placed following my root canal. So like I said, pretty much everything. It's likely I'll be back for an implant once the extraction and bone graft heal completely, but I'm sure it will be absolutely fine. As a person who has spent many many hours (and many many dollars) at the dentist, this is a huge deal. Apparently I've just gone to rough dentists in the past. This office is so much better. I started anxious and scared, but now that I've had all these treatments done, I feel completely comfortable and know Dr. Williams and his team will take great care of me. Trust me when I say this is a huge win. Highly recommend.

Dental implants in Fort Worth, TX (Hulen Street) FAQs

Explore answers to common questions so you know what to expect—before, during and after your dental implant visit at Aspen Dental in Fort Worth.

Dental implants are a secure, permanent solution for tooth loss that are made to look, feel and function like your own natural teeth. Made from titanium and placed into your jawbone, they function similarly to the roots of your natural teeth. They’re designed to support a range of prostheses, including implant crowns (single tooth implants), implant bridges, implant dentures and fixed full-arch (full mouth) implants. Each implant includes three parts: A titanium implant that is surgically placed in your jaw, an abutment (connector), and a custom crown that seamlessly blends with your smile. Once placed, your implant is designed to stay put—no shifting, no slipping. Just a natural-feeling smile, created start to finish by your Aspen Dental care team, all under one roof.

If you’re wondering if dental implants are painful, you’re in the right place. Most patients are surprised by how comfortable the process is. Local anesthesia keeps your mouth numb in the area the implant is being placed. If you’re anxious or are undergoing a more complex procedure, some offices offer sedation as well. After the procedure, mild soreness or swelling is normal and usually manageable with over-the-counter medication or a prescription from your Aspen Dental provider.

We do our best to make implants accessible to everyone. While implants require healthy gums and sufficient bone to place your implants, your local Aspen Dental team in Fort Worth will discuss what’s needed for your custom care to be eligible for implants. During your consultation, your Aspen Dental provider will take X-rays of your smile, review your oral health and confirm if you are a candidate. If your jawbone is thin or weak, bone grafting may be recommended first to improve the stability of your jaw before placement. Patients with certain medical conditions may need adjustments to their care plan, but in most cases, we can help make implants accessible.

Better long-term health: Think of implants as the foundation for protecting your whole mouth’s health. Because they’re a permanent part of your jaw, they stimulate bone, support surrounding teeth to help keep your bite aligned and help maintain your oral health, which directly impacts and benefits your overall health. Plus, with proper care, implants can last a lifetime, making them a great long-term investment in your smile and health. Natural-looking results: Every implant crown, bridge or prosthesis we make is customized to blend seamlessly with your natural teeth to make smiling, eating and speaking comfortable again. Whether you’re replacing one tooth or many, the result is a smile that looks and feels like you. More facial fullness: Tooth loss can lead to bone loss and create a sunken look over time. Implant treatments help maintain your facial shape and structure, which can contribute to a fuller, more youthful appearance. Enhanced comfort: Implants are designed to feel like a part of you. That means no rubbing, no slipping and no adhesives—just a secure, stable fit whether you’re eating, talking or laughing. No adhesives or clasps: If you’re used to traditional dentures, you may be familiar with using adhesives or clasps to secure your smile. Because implants are highly stable and permanent, you can say goodbye to the need for additional support for your smile.

Yes. Implants are highly versatile with replacement options ranging from one tooth to an entire row of teeth. Here’s how: a single implant can restore and support one tooth, multiple implants can support the majority of prostheses, including a bridge (2–4 teeth), implant dentures (a row of teeth) and fixed full-arch implants (a row of teeth). Your Aspen Dental provider will design a treatment plan that matches your needs and the number of teeth you need to replace.

Aspen Dental provides implant services at all locations nationwide. Contact your local office or book online to confirm availability. Your local team will explain which implant options are offered at your location and guide you through the next steps.
