Mrs. Lisa at the front desk was very helpful with helping me to advise my daughter about dental options for her family. She took the extra time to explain insurance options while encouraging me to have her call for more details. She is always friendly and willing to help calm my nerves before being seen by the dentist. Based on Lisa’s help, I was able to pass along information that might encourage my adult children to seek care at Aspen and felt calmer about my own appointment.
This is my favorite dental office around. Lisa at the front desk is so kind and caring, always remembers the kiddos and give them treats and toys. Emma at the next table over is so sweet too. All the girls who deal with insurance and payments are very accommodating, knowledgeable and caring. Star was very good too but i believe she now left. The girls had everything pre-authorized before each appointment, when I worried about the bill they figured my out of pocket bill before providing the service which I can't express how grateful I was for that. The bills have always been what they quote so far. Usually all the places are way off.
The hygienists are all sweet and caring.too bad Brenda left I really liked her but they all are good there. The assistant lady ( so sorry, can't remember the name-- beautiful lady with curly hair who recently has a baby) is so adorable and caring with the kids. Dr Vie is an incredible doctor and I hope Aspen never loses her to other business. She is knowledgeable, caring, is there to give you care and not to rip you off unlike others in town. She saved me and I left the office in happy tears. I will never forget her kindness. She also took 4 teeth out of my child and provided top notch service. She double checked everything beforehand and explained all. She is a doctor from God and medicine is her calling. These people are the to help and I hope God blesses then all.
I had a very good experience with all the staff at Aspen dental.
