The staff were amazing! I haven't been to the dentist in years and was terrified to go this time...but I didn't have a choice, I had to see someone for my mouth pain! The dental assistants were VERY CARING, compassionate, and empathetic... They definitely helped decrease my anxiety and fear of seeing a dentist!
They were very friendly as soon as I walked in.When called back they made me feel so at ease and talked me through everything they were doing. After I was done I sat down with Amanda about they amount of everything and she was so nice and helped me in every way she could so I can get it all done.Went for my first visit and the lady who done the cleaning was awesome and now I am just waiting on my next visit to finish it all up.Everything was so clean.I have no complaints at all
Update 7/29/21:I will not recommend this service to anyone. With everything I have been through I went into a depression state and couldn't even show my face out in public.I got a top plate that I have yet to be able to wear and when I go in I always hear things will get better once the swelling has gone down.Well the swelling has been gone and it's worse. My family invites me to go out to eat with them and I can't go bc I can't eat. Then was told I should get my permanent plate soon but I am worried it's gonna be messed up also bc the bite on my temp is way off and one side touches before the other so they have it all wrong.I cry everyday bc of this and even on the phone with Amanda yesterday I cried.I have never felt like this in my life.So thanks aspen dental for ruining my life

Dealing with a dental emergency in Spartanburg, SC (East)? Here’s how we can help.
Persistent or severe tooth pain
If you’re experiencing a toothache or pain, especially if it’s keeping you from eating, come in right away. While a visit is needed to create a care plan, fillings, root canals and emergency tooth extractions are all common treatments to help alleviate your pain.
A loose or knocked out tooth
When a tooth is loose or knocked out, fast treatment is key to saving it. Come in quickly, within the first hour if possible. If your tooth was knocked out, handle it gently by the crown while avoiding touching the root of your tooth. If possible, gently rinse it and place it back in your mouth. Gently bite down on the loose tooth until you’re able to come in.
Persistent bleeding from your gums, lips or tongue
When you come in, we’ll assess the area that’s bleeding to prescribe a personalized care plan. Our providers can help with a wide range of common issues.
For instance, bleeding or swollen gums are often caused by a gum infection or gum disease, such as periodontal disease. While uncomfortable and sometimes painful, these issues are treatable, especially if caught early.
Cracked or broken teeth, causing pain or sharp edges
Infections or abscesses that create swelling or a fever
If you’re having a hard time breathing or swallowing, please visit your local emergency room. If you’re experiencing swelling or pain, call us immediately. To address your pain and stop the infection, we’ll assess your mouth and create a customized care plan. To alleviate pain or discomfort before coming in: Rinse your mouth with warm salt water, Apply a cold compress to the outside of your cheek, Take over-the-counter pain relievers. Please do not apply pain medication directly to the area, chew on the affected side or directly apply heat.
