They did an amazing job with my daughter’s emergency. Removed a tooth with little to no pain for her
I travel the US for work and so when I needed dentures I chose Aspen. If I have a problem there's usually one around. I was wondering in Charleston and had an issue with my lower plate. I walked in without appointment and was greeted by a friendly receptionist. She immediately took my plate to the back and got a doctor involved. They decided to keep it for a couple hours and fix it right. Had it back the same day. Awesome service and definitely not the normal these days.
While the front desk staff is friendly, and some hygienists more than capable (last visit the hygienist told a colleague the previous hygienist hadn’t done a good job and had to repeat a cleaning procedure). The professionalism is lacking. Over two visits I had procedures done that were not necessary as I had no symptoms that were not covered by insurance and nobody told me. I waited 20 minutes to pay after procedure was done. They said no fee. A couple of weeks later I received a bill for $172 for cleaning. (Some periodontal/gingivitis procedure was done.) Saw many others had this problem. Will not be going back.
