Last week I had an emergency visit within 12 hours of filling out my online paperwork and by 3pm Thursday I was taken care of. A week later I have already gotten my dental implant and deep cleaning with top of the line customer service, I highly recommend anyone who hasn’t been to the dentist in a while this is a no-judgment, no-nonsense safe space that gets the job done. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
It's was the best from the time I called late night till the time got out of there the staff is so nice and kind the doctors are amazing every staff member really takes there time with you I would recommend ppl to go to Aspen dentist that's y new dentist thanks again
Today was my first visit at Aspen Dental In Springfield and it was a really great experience. The staff was very friendly and the state of the art equipment they use had me blown away. The dental assistant Linda was informative and patient with my questions, the dental hygienist Mark definitely knows his stuff and my dentist, Dr. Southard listened to my concerns, spoke in laymen’s terms about what I needed making me feel confident in her treatment plan. The office manager Christina rounded up my appointment reviewing everything discussed, offering payment options and a sincere desire to help me with making appointments that wouldn’t conflict with my work schedule. All of this combined with the cleanliness of the office, the free parking and the small touches (chapstick and water) hade made me a happy new patient who is looking forward to working with them all.
