The Dubois office was incredible! Everyone was extremely kind and helpful with answering questions. The technology was impressive and staff were extremely knowledgeable! Would highly recommend!
I am overly impressed. From the second I walked in.I was taken care of. My wait time was less then 5 min ( I was the 1st appointment ) and I was greeted immediately. I had a thorough checkup with X-rays, met with a hygienist procedures explained then examined. I then went to meet with office manager as my Ins won't pay for what I need done. I was presented with various options of treatment and picked what I felt was suitable for me, and we had a lot of laughs.
My 2nd visit was today. A 2:30 appointment ( much busier than my 1st appointment lol ) again I was greeted at my arrival. Waited less then 15 min in waiting room. Less then 2 minutes to see hygienist. She informed me Doc was a little behind, got my cleaning then went to another room to see Dr. I waited less than 10 min to see him. I so far am very impressed and that doesn't happen easily for me. Everyone is very informative and so nice. Very happy with my choice of switching to Aspen � Thank you!
