Good people. Admin needs work on how to talk to people when there is a need for clarity and help with a release from surgery. They wouldn’t help me. Which I find so weird. I had oral surgery and needed to get released to go back to PT. But they refused to do a letter. So I had to wait 6 months before PT would allow me to go back. Please note that they do not put you under when you have your teeth removed. I felt and hear and saw the whole thing. Gross. And with a mouth full of broken teeth I turned black and blue for weeks after and was bleeding so bad I had to call for more instructions on how to stop it later that night. The emergency room couldn’t believe the doctor let me leave with me bleeding so much. But soaking teabags and stuffing them in my mouth helped. They didn’t prepare me for any of this. So please do your research before committing to this company. Check out the bad reviews as well as the good. The doctors and staff since the surgery have been amazing. Loved having an assistant with my name so I could actually remember her name. But all of the staff in the back have been great. Seen most of them in this 6 month journey. And don’t worry about it taking as long as I did. I have a special case of extreme measures with high pain due to other factors not related to the office or care.
