Update: I really appreciate that Aspen dental took my review to heart. I just received a call saying they had fixed their billing error and confirmed my rescheduled appointment. I’m changing my review to reflect their dedication to customer service. I had an appointment scheduled today that was unfortunately canceled due to a mix-up with their confirmation system. They require verbal confirmation and left me a message, so I called back and followed the automated prompt to confirm, and it said I was all set. Apparently, that system doesn’t actually work. The receptionist was very kind and helpful, but the office really needs to fix this issue. It’s frustrating to take the time to come in only to find out the appointment was canceled. I was also charged for X-rays after being told there wouldn’t be a charge, which added to the frustration. The office itself also looks a bit run down and could use some updates. Overall, the staff is friendly, but there seem to be some communication, system, and maintenance issues that need improvement.

I have been terrified of the dentist for years. I will shamefully admit until recently I had not been in 9 years. The team here has made the process so easy. The dentist and their assistants have all been very kind. I have had horrible experiences in the past with getting cavities filled and this office really takes the time to make sure you are in a little pain as possible through the process and fully talk you through it. I am actually excited for my follow up appt in a few months and have nothing but kind things to say when people ask.
