My first visit to Aspen Dental on 2050 E Serene Avenue in Las Vegas was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with professionalism, kindness, and exceptional customer service.
The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, and the staff made me feel comfortable right away. The dental assistants who completed my X-rays were friendly, patient, and explained each step of the process clearly. The financial consultation was equally impressive. I was visiting Vegas from out of the area, and had a terrible tooth ache developed over the night and couldn't bare the pain. I looked up dentists near by and chose Aspen Dental because they would be open at 7am. I got there and was seen without an appointment within 10 min. I had to have exams and exam as a new patient and was diagnosed and prescribed antibiotics to fight the infection and was out of there by 730. It took 24 hours for the pain to go away but I now feel great and can continue my vacation. The staff and doctor was amazing and this dental group is better than anything I have available back home. It is almost worth flying to Vegas just to go to the dentist here. Thank you so much. I cant believe how fast I went from unbearable pain to completely normal. I highly recommend this agency.
