I rarely do Google reviews, but I'm going to because dentist offices scare me! I've been without insurance for two years and the $29 checkup was so helpful. Ms. Wendy at the front desk is a gem! And Alex, Kim, and Katie, all absolutely wonderful bedside manner. They were informative, compassionate, and eased any anxieties I might have had. They are willing to work with you on plans and I know dentist can seem scary sometimes because of their name or reputation, but the individual locations are made up of the human beings inside it and that's what mattered to me. The finances might feel daunting but they showed kindness, patience, and left a quality impression on me.
When I arrived at Aspen Dental today I was greeted with a smile. Everyone was nice and friendly. They did great work and explained everything to me about what they were doing and explained all the of options and the treatment plans for me. I enjoyed it. Great job
