I wasn't even aware that my oral surgery was performed, I kept asking if it was over because it was so quick! Thank you & your team again..so I'm updating this post AND THIS SHOULD BE A CONCERN FOR ALL PEOPLE THAT HAVE TO SPEAK WITH THE OFFICE MANAGER ERIN AT THE HANLEY LOCATION! WHEN ME AND MY MOTHER SAT DOWN WITH THIS OFFICE MANAGER OFFICE SHE HAD A PRINT OUT AND EXPLAINED TO ME THAT MY INSURANCE WOULD COULD THE DENTAL WORK THAT I NEEDED, BUT BEFORE ANY WORK COULD BE STARTED SHE TOLD ME THAT 484.00 WOULD HAVE TO BE PAID AND I EXPLAINED TO ERIN THAT I DONT HAVE MONEY LIKE THAT AND SHE THEN GAVE A PITCH ABOUT A FINANCING AND I TOLD HER MY CREDIT IS TO POOR FOR THAT. THEN MY MOTHER TOLD ME THAT MY BROTHER HAVE SOME TYPE OF PROGRAM CARD ACCOUNT SO I CALLED HIM IN HER OFFICE AND MY BROTHER GAVE HIS INFORMATION AND HE PAID THE 484.00. SHE TOLD ME THAT WAS IT AND GAVE ME MY NEXT APPOINTMENTS FOR CLEANING AND TWO TEETH REMOVALS..ITS NOW OCTOBER 6 2026 AND I RECEIVED A BILL FOR 882.00 AND I HAVE NO IDEAL WHO ASPEN DENTAL EXPECT TO PAY THIS BUT IT WONT BE ME! I LEFT A MESSAGE FOR ERIN TO CALL ME AND THEY SAY IT TAKES 2 DAYS FOR RETURN CALL AND I ALSO CALLED THE 1 833 902 4848 AND SPOKE WITH AND ASPEN ADVOCATE AND EXPLAINED TO HIM AS WELL AND INFORMED HIM I HAVE NO CLUE ON WHO WILL BE PAYING THIS BILL AND I DONT APPRECIATE BEING LIED TOO! HE TOLD ME HE WOULD ESCALATE THIS SITUATION AND IT WOULD TAKE 5 DAYS FOR A RETURN CALL. I KNOW I HAVE A FEAR OF DENTIST, BUT I CANT STAND A LIAR AND I WILL ALSO BE FILING AN COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
