dental hygienist was extremely thorough in all phases of a visit. I only tried aspen dental because they were one of the 2 dentists within a 35 mile radius to accept my insurance. My expectations were it was going to be substandard work. I was completely wrong. They have the most up to date equipment and are professional and extremely fast. Dentist I worked with was extremely efficient. I’m old and have been going to dentists for over 50 yrs. This practice is very legit

My son and I recently needed to switch dental offices due to a change in dental insurance. I thought this was going to be very hard for me as I don’t often enjoy any type of change when it comes to stuff like this. I received a referral from Cortney in your office (I very much trust her and her knowledge) and my son and I were able to get in to establish care with back to back appointments, which is super convenient having a minor child. Chelsey did an amazing job with both of us during our initial exams. Super friendly and upbeat which you don’t often find in healthcare these days. After meeting with the dentist and hygienist I had to touch base with Cortney to go over insurance coverages and that was super helpful. Taking the time to explain everything in detail about my new plan when I felt completely lost with my new benefits. Overall a very pleasant experience. Additionally, everyone at the front desk my son and I interacted with was lovely, especially the gal who scheduled us for cleanings. I cannot remember her name but please give her a special shoutout if you can! I was able to get in for my cleaning just days after the initial exam. That appointment went super smooth also. I even told my hygienist she was great! She has amazing energy and from someone who manages a medical office, you have a unicorn. She will definitely make a huge impact on patient retention.
