Update: Received a follow-up call first thing in the morning from Jakie. She 100% treated me with the highest priority and scheduled my future appointments exactly as they were needed based on my schedule. I feel satisfied and valued as a customer. I wish Aspen only the best as it continues to organize and successfully grow this location. Spent one hour rehashing what was already decided as a treatment plan months ago. Thought I was going for a cleaning and to finalize the plan. Then sat another half hour waiting for the office manager to go over billing with me and to schedule cleaning, which she already did over the phone (because my insurance changed) but after so much time waiting and due to another appointment I had to leave. I never received a call from the office manager. Hopefully I will. Very poor way to treat a customer.
It was my first visit and I was felt welcomed and heard. It was refreshing.
I walked in and it did not take 5 minutes before I wa seen. They are cordial and well informed. I will recommend them to others. I expected a lot in bull but I paid a token. Thank you.
