Called at 830 they said come in at 1015 they did the job thanks to Gena and her assistant thanks for the best work
I had a really pleasant, nice and amazing experience at the Aspen Dental - Grand Rapids location. Dental Assistant (DA) Bernadette was super helpful with getting my x-rays done. Also, when I had my initial assessment, Dr. Gena, as well as Dental Hygienist Madi was helpful as well (with someone who has dental anxiety). Madi also helped me with a simple topical treatment for an extremely small cavity on my upper right canine. She explained the entire procedure to me while she was doing it and the entire procedure itself took 2 seconds. Megan at the front desk was super helpful and nice as well. I highly recommend people (especially those like me who have dental anxiety, or those who haven’t seen a dentist in a while) come here to this location. I can’t say enough positive things about the service and kindness here by the dental staff! Overall review: 20+ stars out of 10 (or 5+ stars in Google Reviews)
