Clean, friendly and helpful. They were up front about everything and explained as much as I needed and more.
This was my first visit to Aspen Dental, as my previous dentist retired last year. With a need to find a new dental home offering great care at a reasonable price, I shopped around — and found exactly that at Aspen Dental in Springfield, MA.
The first-time check-in was seamless and quick. Yadil completed all the required imaging in no time, and her thoroughness was much appreciated. Dr. Sno then came in, introduced herself, walked me through the imaging, and pinpointed the area causing my excruciating pain. She outlined the treatment I needed and handed me off to my assigned hygienist, Okeila, who clearly explained everything she would be doing and reviewed a get-well plan with me.
The office atmosphere put me at ease, and I truly appreciated the care I received. I look forward to working with Dr. Sno and her team going forward.
A quick shout-out to the wonderful ladies who made it happen for me today: Dr. Sno (Dentist), Okeila (Hygienist), Aliyah (Manager), Barbara (Assistant Manager), Lourdes (Front Desk), Yadil, Bri, Olivia, and Usra (Dental Assistants). Thank you all — you rock!
Arrived at Aspen dental earlier than expected and was seen before my scheduled appointment. Specifically went in to discuss dentures , cost as well as procedures and amount of time it would take to produce them. I was impressed with the selections and the quality of material. There was no pressure in purchasing the top of the line set and the Operations manager Aliyah made the decision easy. She also helped bring the costs down and helped me obtain financing for the better part of the set. They were extremely helpful and straight forward and very willing to work with me even though I don't have dental insurance at this time.
Thank you to everyone I met today and I am looking forward to being able to smile in the near future.
