Very helpful
Awesome customer service.
I went in with severe pain and nerves through the roof. Stressed about the costs, the pain, and just the whole experience ahead. Raheem was just the person I needed to get me through the discomfort of the x rays, and the starting process. He was so genuine, understanding, and knew just when I needed extra support. He is exactly the type of person that should be in Healthcare. I feel so lucky to have had his support this morning. My next person was the Dental Hygienist, and she was such a soft, sweet, and nurturing person. She didn't make me feel bad for not having perfect teeth, she didn't order anything outside of my needs for future cleanings. I felt taken care of and like I could trust her recommendations. The next person I had, I can not remember his name because I am terrible with names, but he is what got me through the process of getting my blood pressure lowered enough to do the extraction, and his hand is what I squeezed the crap out of when I was getting my numbing shots. He too was so kind, soft spoken, and genuinely cares. He is another one that is meant to be in the Healthcare field. We giggled about forgetting Old Navy still exists until the Holidays roll around and they do their Holiday ads haha We watched Grownups the movie together and laughed about how much we change as we get older. Such a kind spirit. The Dr that helped me was well spoken, and got the job done. She consoled me through the pain and squeezed me into her already full day, as she was the only dr there that day. Then entire staff handled that like it was nothing. No chaos, no bad attitudes, just handled business and kept the office going. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental at Big Hollow and I will be using them for all my future dental care. Thank you for being there for me during one of my lowest points. You didn't have to, but you did, and I am grateful.
