I took my 86-year-old dad to Aspen Dental todat because he needed his dentures realigned, and we had a wonderful experience from start to finish.
The front desk staff was absolutely amazing. They were kind, patient, and really listened to us. Everyone was extremely informative and kept us updated throughout the entire process. The dentist was great as well. He clearly knew what he was doing, explained our options, and took the time to make sure we understood everything.
We were there for over two hours because there was quite a bit of work that needed to be done, but what really impressed me was how comfortable and well cared for my dad felt. He is usually very difficult to please and doesn't have much patience, but he left happy and very satisfied with the care he received. That says a lot!
The waiting room was comfortable, and everyone treated my dad with kindness and respect. We will be returning in two weeks to have his full dentures made, and I'm looking forward to continuing with them.
Thank you to the entire Aspen Dental team for making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive one.
