I had a great experience at Aspen Dental in Kennesaw, GA! This was my first time visiting the office, and I was impressed with the service from start to finish. Dr. Mike and the hygienist, Ash (I believe that was her name), were wonderful. The staff member who took my X-rays was quick and gentle, making any discomfort minimal and brief.
The office was clean, calm, and well-organized, not chaotic at all. Everyone I encountered, from the front desk staff to the finance team, was kind, professional, and welcoming. The instructions were clear and easy to understand, and everything was explained in a way that helped me feel comfortable and informed throughout my visit. For a first visit, the experience exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciated how smoothly everything went and how well I was treated. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental in Kennesaw!
Side note: I am really bad with names. I should write next time because those ladies really were great! š
I was seen same day and received the best treatment I have ever experienced in a dental facility. I had unbearable pain and after leaving and recieved fast prescriptions, I feel so much better! I definitely recommend. I will be back to complete my dental work and will be bringing my family.
Everything about the experience at Aspen Dental was amazing. I highly recommend.
