Dental emergency Wednesday evening just nine days before a Caribbean cruise for the wife's b-day that had been planned for a year. Called my regular dental office the next morning, earliest they could see me was the coming Wednesday, two days before our scheduled departure. Another reputable local practice said four weeks was the earliest availabile appointment.
Friday 7:01am I reluctantly called Inverness Aspen Dental, they got me in to see Dr. Lee by 9:30. - He and his staff saw me then and over the next two days to fix me up. - Everything about my experience was far above and beyond my "terrified of the dentist" expectations that there isn't enough room here for me to express how well it went nor how satisfied I am with the results. - The woman on the phone, the two women at the front desk, the hygienist, Dr. Lee and his assistant, even the man and woman who made for me a new partial; everyone was understanding, polite and personable. I was most impressed with the cutting edge technology, along with their patience and professionalism.
Because of the good folks there we made the cruise as scheduled; I was in no pain, could eat well and had a full smile. - Am still not a fan of the dentist, never gonna be, but those folks are the best dentistry team I've ever encountered. If I have trouble in the future I will be returning to Dr. Lee at Inverness Aspen Dental.

Everyone was friendly and professional and took great care in helping me.
Not once did I ever feel rushed. Everyone was professional and thorough from the beginning of intake information, to the final analysis, and at checkout. I had a toothache, my gums hurt, and I wanted implants. All my concerns were diagnosed and explained to my satifaction. A feature I really appreciated was Aspen Dental's ability to have additional, in house, professional help if an Oral surgeon was needed to address a more serious issue. Checkout was painless. Aspen Dental has you covered if your dental insurance did not cover all the costs. They offer dental plans/loans for every issue you may have. If you are putting off any oral care for whatever reason, Don't! I am not nervous, anxious, or scared as to the care I am about to receive. AND, their Office followed up with a text to make sure I was ok. Margaret Carlisle
