From the moment I walked into the door, EVERYONE was so kind and welcoming. I hadn't been to the dentist in over 5+ years and had extreme anxiety when it came to anything medical. Andrea the receptionist was very kind always greeting me by name as soon as I walked in the door. Shanti in X-Ray was incredibly kind, interested asking about my life to help calm my anxiety. Lisa the hygienist was extremely intelligent & caring. She assured me everyone was here to help me. She continued to work with me through the appointments telling me why they do it and why they are important. They all made it feel like a very welcoming family. I ended up having a cavity that needed a crown. Juan the dental assistant was very nice to me when I was extremely worried beforehand. Juan and the dentist, Dr. Nelson, stood by my side the entire time and talked me through the procedure. They ensured I was calm and comfortable and always checked up on me. Dr. Nelson is a very talented and empathetic dentist. This office has completely reshaped my view on dentistry and medical. I am very thankful to have found this practice and if you are looking for a dentistry that feels like a small locally owned one, then this is the one for you. I am extremely grateful to everyone here for all their kindness and patience with me. Thank you!
