My wife and I recently received Dental care at Aspen in Bolingbrook. The receptionist was absent and Doctor Sam herself was covering the reception desk. We received such cheerful greetings. This is really how any receptionist should welcome visitors in any office. Dr Sam made us feel so welcome and valued as patients. We just love her and you would too.

I had such a wonderful experience at Aspen Dental in Bolingbrook, and I especially want to recognize Samantha for making our visit so positive! From the moment we arrived, Samantha was kind, welcoming, patient, and professional. She made us feel comfortable and genuinely cared about making sure we understood everything throughout the appointment. You can tell when someone is simply doing their job versus someone who truly takes pride in helping people, and Samantha definitely made us feel like the latter. I really appreciated how she took the time to answer our questions and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. Going to the dentist can sometimes be intimidating, especially when you’re trying to make sure your children are receiving good care, but Samantha created such a comfortable environment for us. I’m very grateful for the experience we had and for the way Samantha treated my family. Aspen Dental is lucky to have someone like her on their team! She earned her DMD from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine, receiving multiple awards for excellence, and completed additional graduate education in Biological Sciences and Physiology. Dr. Kitchen is passionate about expanding access to dental care and is dedicated to delivering comprehensive, personalized care in a comfortable, welcoming environment where patients feel confident and valued.
