Dr. Roli is great to work with. She has a great sense of humor which definitely lifts the mood, especially before a procedure. Her assistant Katie is a great fit too! She's always so polite and calming as well. The two of them make a great team. I was completely relaxed and felt like I was at a spa!
The team at Aspen treated me very nice. I was very anxious about the dentist but Dr. Dabor calmed my nerves, she’s nice and made me laugh a lot. She explained my treatment in detail. Very pleased with my visit.
The dentist exhibited a lack of professionalism and genuine concern. Dr. Redden’s office manager, Ramon, contacted me to schedule an appointment with Dr. Redden due to the failure of my implant. Upon entering the exam room, Roli Dabor’s introduction was a terse inquiry, “What do you want me to tell Dr. Redden?” She stated she did not know the reason for my visit. It was clear she thought of me as merely a nuisance. Not only did she lack professionalism, but she also displayed deep contempt towards me. She admitted the implant was only held in place by approximately a millimeter and was likely to detach during eating. I already had a severe infection at the implant site, and she showed no concern for potential future infections. Infections at implant sites can lead to serious complications. Despite claiming to have read my concerns, she reiterated her ignorance of my presence at the office. I expressed my frustration with her attitude, and she responded, “I don’t know why you’re here.” This is a direct excerpt from my letter of concern: I believe Aspen Dental is responsible for the complications. I respectfully request that Aspen Dental refer me to an oral surgeon at no additional cost to me. My dentist, Dr. Skender, has indicated that the implant requires removal, and I require a bone graft from my lower jaw to my upper jaw. I currently have a referral to Corey W. Toscano, D.M.D., for a consultation. She asserted that I already had an appointment with an oral surgeon, so I should not have any further requests. I clarified that the consultation was solely for exploring my options.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Texas Tech University before completing her dental training at Howard University College of Dentistry. With a strong foundation in both business and dentistry, Dr. Roli Dabor combines clinical skill, perspective, and empathy to provide patient-focused care that leaves individuals feeling valued and confident.
