Dr. Sparks is a good dentist. The first go around wasn’t that smooth more so on my part due to health conditions that prohibit me at that time from getting the procedure that day but then he work with me and I was able to come back and tried again to get the procedure done which was successful. Dr. Sparks attitude is cool, calm, and collective that day. The atmosphere is chilled. The procedure itself was a bit difficult but I was relaxed the dentist assistance on both times made it easier for me by offering support throughout the process. The only thing I didn’t like was the first time being check out that the young lady checking me out was polite, calm, and sweet yet on that day there seem to be a issue with the scheduling system which the doctor seem to be giving her pressure because there was no appointment available for that same time or day. As I observed this situation it made me uncomfortable to see how the doctor spoke to the staff member and to see how she was able to get through it with assistance but ended up crying. I felt so bad for her! I even try to calm her as her eyes were getting watery. It’s never that serious! Even when you think clients or customers are not paying attention I am. Maybe that day the doctor was frustrated I am unsure or maybe she was a new hired I do not know but still treat people with kindness and less pressure. I was hesitant to visit there after that but I needed my procedure done and plus my money was not going to be refunded so I got it done. I had the procedure done on Saturday morning and today I am still in pain as it was stated also advising the patient to take pain medication as opposed to prescribing a higher pain medication is not good. Trust ibuprofen is not it once the anesthesia wears off that is when you feel it the most. Overall apart from that one off day the doctor is a good doctor.
