I tried to transfer my care from Aspen out of state and continue my aligner care and dental care in Albuquerque (2424 Louisiana blvd). I knew he wasn’t enthusiastic about addressing my need, but reluctantly agreed to reschedule me because his office manager pushed for it. After the 2nd appt that took about 3 minutes total)he said to me in a condescending tone "I am not supposed to help you because you initiated care somewhere else. I am doing it as a courtesy, I am not supposed to do it" and he walked out of the room. Who is supposed to help me!? He was the only Aspen dentist in town and my aligners are specific to Aspen brand. No goodbye, no follow up plan. The assistant brought him back to my room and I told him his comments made me feel unwelcome and I would appreciate a different attitude towards my care. His response was to my face “you are done here, go back to vegas, you are done here” that was shocking, he didn’t care for me as a customer because he didn’t make money off me just yet and he felt the need to rub it in my face and to make me feel bad. And the moment he feels challenged, he kicks you out like a pile of trash because he owns the place which gives him the right to treat people like garbage. Some sort of power trip. Zero conflict resolution skills, zero empathy, zero interest in my care. Arrogant unprofessional dentist and practice owner with severe attitude problem.

ASPEN DENTAL HAS PERFORMED MALPRACTICE ON ME, HAS STOLEN $11,000 FROM ME, AND HAS ABUSED ME SEVERELY … I am a 78 year-old man with a disability that Aspen Dental is very aware of. They have routinely discriminated against me and bullied me In addition to the botched surgery and stolen $11,000 much of the significant abuse is around the dismissal  I The illegal dismissal process on me is cruel, and they abandoned a customer who needed them to finish their botched contractual job I paid for in advance Doctor Aurora illegally and against industry standards, dismissed me for three reasons, and all of them reflect serious character flaws of Doctor Aurora.  first it was because I told him I want to have my teeth fixed under warranty and Dr. Aurora went absolutely crazy and threw me out of the facility.  Secondly by dismissing me, the people in customer service won’t handle my claim against Dr Aurora. So the very people who were investigating my claim were prevented from doing so by Dr. Aurora. In my business experience that is called a conflict of interest.  Thirdly besides dismissing me, he blocked my phone for every number at Aspen , preventing me from resolving my issues, And not allowing me to get through to the emergency line when I was in severe pain.  Here are the seven rules FOR DISMISSAL AND NONE OF THEM WERE MAD. I EMAILED TO GET THE DETAILS SEVERAL TIMES, BUT GOT NO ANSWER. THIS IS VERY SERIOUS, IT’S ARROGANT, IT’S INCOMPETENCE, AND IT IS MEAN SPIRITED. HONEST TO GOD THE DAY DR. AURORA CAME IN THE OFFICE WHERE I HAD AN APPOINTMENT WITH SOMEONE ELSE ENTERING THE OFFICE, SCREAMING LIKE A FREAKING MANIAC I STILL CAN’T FIGURE IT OUT, I NEVER MET HIM, I SAW HIM FOR MAYBE 10 SECONDS, AND HE ABANDONED ME AS A PATIENT The rules 1. Provide Written notice. I never got one. They claimed to have sent it two or three times but it was just another lie. 2. Provide patients with time, 30 days, to get a new dentist …  they actually dismissed me the day before they informed me.  3 Be professional, something that Dr. Aurora is incapable of. 4. Document communications. I did , Dr. Aurora did not. 5. Support the patient in help him find a new doctor… I got no help since absolutely no one at Aspen Dental would talk to me or email me or anything. They left me on my own with no help. 6. Make sure the patient is not in the middle of a treatment plan which I was because my
