Dr. Santeiro was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Her professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail were evident from the moment I walked into the office. She took the time to carefully evaluate my situation, explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. It's rare to find a dentist who combines such technical skill with genuine compassion. The results exceeded every expectation I had. She was able to correct nearly three years' worth of poor dental work, including problems with my bite, alignment, and overall fit that had been causing me frustration. The difference is incredible. Everything feels natural, comfortable, and finally the way it should have been from the beginning. It's obvious that she takes great pride in her work and refuses to settle for anything less than the best possible outcome for her patients. What impressed me just as much was her kindness and patience. She never made me feel rushed, answered every question I had, and treated me with respect and genuine care. That level of compassion made what could have been a stressful experience surprisingly comfortable. Her assistant was equally outstanding. She was warm, friendly, and incredibly reassuring throughout the visit. Before every step, she explained exactly what was about to happen and why, which really helped put me at ease. That level of communication made a huge difference and showed how much the entire team cares about their patients' comfort and confidence. It's becoming harder and harder to find healthcare professionals who combine exceptional skill with outstanding bedside manner, but this office does exactly that. From the front desk to the treatment room, everyone made me feel welcome and valued. I am beyond impressed with Dr. Santeiro and her entire team. If you're looking for a dentist who is highly skilled, meticulous, compassionate, and truly committed to delivering outstanding results, I can recommend her without hesitation. Thank you for giving me my smile and confidence back. Five stars all the way!
