Oh my goodness Fransisca Castillo is so friendly and kind. I have never felt so welcomed in my life. She is so professional and completely dedicated in making the best care decisions for your dental health. She takes the time to explain every step and what to expect out of your dental plan. She assesses each area of your mouth and gives you her best recommendations. She goes on to explain why she recommends what she would like to do. She takes into consideration of what is the greatest importance for you and builds a plan from there. She sees what needs to be done and without judgement she just concerns herself with getting your teeth where they need to be. She knows how to make you feel at peace and comfortable with what is to come. You are not going to find a better bedside manner. She is very genuine. I absolutely highly recommend her.
Dr. Castillo was an amazing help, and walks you through every step! Great bedside manner, and she cares very much about your long term dental health and doing things the right way. She frequently corrected recurring dental issues without hesitation, and was very easy to be treated by. Loves to talk and does her job greatly! All the other staff are super helpful and make a trip to the dentist enjoyable! Highly recommend Aspen Lake Jackson!
