Dr. Faisel Shehadeh restored my faith in dentistry. I’ve had a life long fear of dentists and horrible experiences that kept me away. An urgent issue brought me to Dr. Shehadeh and I was nervous and scared and hoping that I could get a quick, non-invasive fix. His calm almost zen demeanor, reassurance and patience helped me through four procedures! He did such an amazing job at keeping me calm and handling my procedures with minimal discomfort and without making me feel embarrassed. I had a root canal, temp and permanent crown and cavities filled. I never thought I'd be able to do that! The culture of empathy, optimism, service and kindness is found throughout the office with each encounter I have during my visits. I cannot explain how grateful I am for Dr. Shehadeh and his team. They have taken the fear out of me taking care of my teeth. They are a blessing! Also, the best music playing at all times! Update on latest appointment: My dream team of Dr. Faisel Shehadeh, Amber and Kristen really took care of me during my preventative treatment and replacement crown! I am forever grateful!
He seemed very comfortable dealing with me. I indicated the lowers have never made it through a meal yet. He said that since the swelling was nearly gone from the extractions he could add another layer of “gel” to tighten them up. They are tighter but have never made it through a meal without ….,dislodging.
Overhaul experience with doctor Faisel Shehadeh and his team has been very good. They seems to care everyone you go for a consultation. very professional and friendly service.

He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine, where he built a strong clinical foundation and commitment to excellence. Dr. Faisel believes dentistry is about building trust, restoring confidence, and delivering personalized, comfortable care. Outside the office, he enjoys golfing, outdoor sports, cheering on Chicago teams, and spending time with family. He looks forward to helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles.
