⭐ 1 STAR — AMAZING STAFF, HORRIBLE PRICING AND EXECUTION I honestly have nothing else to say. They know why they received a 1-star review. I understand that the economy is different everywhere, and I understand that dental work isn’t cheap. However, paying OVER $2,000 to have porcelain placed in my mouth with dental cement to replace a crown, when they ALREADY HAVE MY MOLD, is absolutely ridiculous to me. I’ve done my research, and the pricing for dental care in Florida is honestly outrageous. It feels like unless you’re 55+, affordable care isn’t a priority. This isn’t just about ME; it’s about the economy and the fact that regular people are struggling to afford necessary healthcare. Let me be clear: THE STAFF WAS AMAZING! My issue is with the company itself, its pricing, and how it handles patients financially. What is the point of paying insurance premiums every week or month if I’m still expected to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket for dental work? My insurance is IN-NETWORK, yet I’m still being given estimates that make absolutely no sense to me. Instead of making an effort to submit the proposed treatment to my insurance and verify my actual coverage and out-of-pocket responsibility, I’m presented with an estimate upfront and expected to figure it out. I was so fed up that I walked out. The first time I used this dentist, I ended up nearly $3,000 out of pocket for my first crown, EVEN THOUGH I HAD INSURANCE. That experience put me in a financial hole, and now I’m facing another expensive dental bill. I’ve already been through this once, and I’m not willing to put myself through it again. Then, on top of everything, they suggested financing AGAIN. I immediately said NO and walked out. I’m tired of going to the dentist feeling like I’m walking into another financial burden. I want my teeth taken care of, but I also want to understand why I’m being charged so much, especially when I have insurance that’s in-network. And honestly, it makes it even harder to trust the process when you’re told that certain things need to be fixed when you weren’t experiencing problems with them before. I don’t want to feel like I’m signing up for endless dental work, additional expenses, and repeat visits without a clear explanation of what’s necessary and why. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO CHOOSE BETWEEN TAKING CARE OF MY TEETH AND PROTECTING MY FINANCIAL STABILITY. If the company made its pricing more reasonable for the economy we’re living in, explained costs transparently, and worked with patients and their insurance before presenting enormous bills, my review would be completely different. Again, the staff was amazing, and I want to make that distinction clear. My frustration is with the company and the way it handles pricing and patient affordability. MONEY-HUNGRY COMPANY. Amazing staff. HORRIBLE FINANCIAL EXECUTION. And THAT is why you’re getting one star from me. ⭐
