Last time I saw him, he wanted me to have a crown put over a 'dead' canine tooth. I consulted an associate of his who told me honestly that if the tooth was removed, there would not be anything left for the crown to hold on to, in this situation. The tooth could drop off any time, don't know when, but a crown would not work. Each time I went for an annual check up and Dr Son finds something he could ask me to do which costs a lot even with Insurance, he would try to talk me into it. I had 4 crowns put in because of him scaring me into doing it by saying what would happen and so forth. But one of these 4 teeth with those crowns had to be removed later on for an infection right next to it . I felt it was a waste of my money. Each time Dr Son saw me, I feel like he is seeing $$$$ signs. I don't like him at all!!! But stuck here because the dentist associate I would like to have is in the other branch of Aspen and they would not accept my Insurance there.
Horrible, apathetic office.
Horrible experience with this dentist for my MIL. My husband called at 6, he’s been paged 4x and still has not returned call. No pain medication subscribed after a tooth extraction? His nurse was unkind too, not only that he did not leave the room after administering lidocaine and after my mother in law CRIED from pain he still proceeded and did not make sure she was accurately numbed. She cried and asked them to wait. The nurse said, “Open your mouth.” Are you kidding me? You’re being paged for a reason; do your job. 0/5 if I could. 4 hours later my mother in law is still in pain and has no numbness, no pain medication, and no call back. Horrible and shame on you.
