He took his time and made sure to do it right.
Enrique, the DDS, was pleasant but seemed to be a glad hand hander. When I requested a duplicate test, not be done again, and the hygienist pressed over and over again, He should’ve stepped in. He did not. And instead, he stood just outside my exam room, listening. When he did Come in engaged in a lot of frivolous, discussion and questions about things unrelated to my teeth. His assessment was that I was in good health and everything was excellent. Then he left. At that point, the financial sales person came in again with the dental hygienist and they both exerted high-pressure for me to buy a $400 cleaning process, One neither of them couldn’t understand enough to explain at all, Or even tell me would be effective. The doctor dodged responsibility. He should’ve been the one to tell me what I needed, and why, and how it would produce the desired result. This is a commission sales process no patient should have to go through. Scam alert I left, with the hygienist and the financial consultant pressing me about Services they want to sell me all the way out the door. Financial consultant was Out of her death and couldn’t even explain a debridement. She was so red face. All she could do was tell me I was just respecting her. Never disrespected anyone I maintained a pleasant demeanor and was happy to be there, until I felt the pressure of the scam

Originally from Peru and raised in South Florida, he was inspired to pursue dentistry after his own positive experience with a compassionate pediatric dentist. Dr. Santiago focuses on restorative dentistry, including fillings and crowns, preventive care such as Curodont, adolescent sealants, and Preventive Resin Restorations, as well as simple and moderate extractions. He collaborates closely with visiting specialists for advanced procedures to ensure comprehensive care in one location. Known for his gentle, relationship-focused approach, Dr. Santiago prioritizes patient comfort and trust. Outside the office, he enjoys time with his wife, their dog Asher, cat Mio, and online gaming with lifelong friends.
