I had my first visit with Aspen in the midst of a dental emergency. I was able to get a consult scheduled short notice, and the staff that greeted me were very helpful. Lexy helped take scans for my first visit with care and patience as my mouth was swollen at the time. Jessie was able to take a look at my teeth and break down the state of each tooth and which ones needed to be addressed. Dr. Dervis wrapped up this breakdown by explaining in a clear way what teeth needed further attention such as cavities and a root canal. I was also grateful to Brian for reviewing the cost of all the prescribed treatments and explain the payment plans. I feel confident that I will get better with the help from Aspen Dental.
My experience couldn’t have gone better. I especially want to mention Dr. King, Jessie, Renee, and Lexie. They were all very professional, prepared and helpful. I had an issue with a partial that they provided and as soon as I called they were on it and got my problem solved in less than an hour. I would highly recommend the folks at Aspen for all their dental needs.
