I have an upper denture and I travel for a living so I'm always somewhere different. The doctor that did my original denture work cannot turn my denture around in a day. Before leaving Michigan I checked for places in Norfolk Virginia and I knew Aspen was a chain, And I read that they have an in-house lab which is amazing for me. I made the appointment on Sunday online for the Norfolk Virginia office because I chipped a tooth on Saturday. I flew back out for Norfolk Monday morning. The first thing they did was call me Monday and tell me just to come when they open because denture repairs are first come first serve and I didn't need the appointment. The receptionist at Norfolk office was extremely nice, she took care of me got my insurance and they had to reach out to the insurance company to make sure everything was covered within a half hour I was in the back. I cannot remember her name but she's a wonderful lady originally from Puerto Rico who took care of me, she consulted with the lab technician on site and he was able to do the repairs. I was out in 45 minutes I returned at 3:30 after working all day and immediately was called back I was taking care of by the same person again and they did great work fixed the broken tooth you can't even tell the difference she insured my bike was correct and everything was good and I was out of there for $22!
One thing I will say, I was very impressed with the amount of people going in and coming out they service a lot of people and The staff knew who their patients were like these were return patients, but I was very impressed with the fact that they had a rapport with the patients. The whole staff was extremely friendly here in Norfolk. If I chip a tooth on my denture in the future I hope the other Aspen offices are as efficient and friendly as the one in Norfolk Virginia!
