I had a really good experience. The dental hygienist was awesome.

I was initially concerned given the bad reviews, but this location and visit were great. It was easy to get an appointment in as a first time patient online for next day, and the team was very accommodating and patient with my toddler who needed to be with me through the process. They were professional and kind, and the gum specialist Jorge was very thorough in his examination and recommendations for my dental care. The followup with the dentist was as thorough and he answered my questions and gave me information to make a better informed decision about my care. Even though I will need to finance care with my insurance, I understand that the work that needs done will require more than what they cover as a free cleaning. Anyone who doesn't understand the way insurance works will be frustrated, but the financial desk was thorough in answering my questions and breaking down the cost of procedures spaced out on priority, giving me the option to pay for one thing at a time to tackle my care and finance whatever necessary for the rest. The fact that I've been made to feel so guilty about taking my toddler with me to other appointments as a SAHM, I just really have to commend the humanity and grace the team acts with to engage with and speak to him in his stroller as I got my care. The initial visit was pleasant and I feel confident in the work that will be done; I really trust the people in charge of my care based on how they chose to act through even the difficult moments of a tired toddler just trying to stay near mama and the ways they were encouraging, supportive, and professional. I'll have help next time, but for the initial consultation and interactions from everyone on the team, I would happily recommend their dentistry to anyone who needed thorough and professional care with a smile. Thank you!

Everyone is so nice and professional. My only gripe, I went there four days after my teeth had been bashed in, and the hygenist wanted to clean my teeth.

What are dental fillings?

A tooth filling is a restorative treatment that repairs a tooth that has been damaged by decay or minor fractures. When getting a filling, your dentist will remove any decay in your tooth and then fill the leftover space with either composite resin, glass ionomer or amalgam. This restores the shape, function and strength of your tooth while helping to minimize any discomfort or sensitivity.

Types of dental fillings

Composite fillings

The top choice for tooth restoration—a resin composite filling is made to match your tooth’s shade for a natural appearance.

Glass ionomer fillings

Commonly used for small cavities, these fillings release fluoride, which can help prevent further tooth decay.

Amalgam fillings

Silver tooth fillings (amalgam fillings) are durable, cost-effective and can contain metals such as silver, tin and copper.
