I called on Monday morning and spoke with a very professional, attentive scheduler that really listened to me and what I was going through. They made me an urgent appointment on my only days off of work tor Wednesday Morning. I was already on antibiotics after going to the emergency room on the weekend for an abscess tooth but was not able to even sleep because of the pain . Right away I noticed it was very clean and professional environment. Check-in was simple and expeditious.
But the truth of it is I went in to my appointment desperate and in pain also very overwhelmed and worried about the financial side of it. They got me right in They were really able to work with me and get me in that chair for an extraction on that same day. The doctor was very awesome and listened to my whole story and the many problem with existing issues other than my abscessed tooth as well and with the office manager (equally incredible) are able to work out a plan for me so for the first time in many years I have hope to fix a lot of issues that have made it almost impossible for me to eat or be without pain so I am very grateful to everyone in this office for their patients and diligence in trying to help me work through what will be a lot of work in the near future but they gave me hope where I felt like there may not be any. I highly recommend this office the thing is they really cared and it was sincere and if anyone’s gonna work on me for so many issues I prefer this office hands-down. This is an honest to God review and I hope it gets read. Thanks and God bless you
Very thorough exam and explanation of work needed. Appreciated payment options since I don't have insurance.
UPDATE: This turned out to be a horrible experience! I do NOT recommend, nor will I ever go back

With local anesthesia, your Aspen Dental provider will keep you as comfortable possible. During your procedure, you may feel pressure as your tooth is removed. After your procedure, mild sensitivity is common and should fade after a short period of time. Your provider will provide you detailed after-care instructions and, if needed, medication to manage any discomfort.
Most patients feel much better within a few days. Surgical extractions, especially for wisdom teeth, may require a week or more to fully recovery. Healing is different for everyone and depends on things like your overall health, the complexity of your extraction and how well you follow after-care instructions.
You can usually remove gauze once bleeding has stopped, which may take a few hours after your procedure. Your provider will give you specific instructions to help you heal safely. It’s important to follow these instructions carefully to ensure you fully recover.
If your procedure involves sedation, fasting for several hours ahead of your visit may be required. Your provider will let you know exactly how to prepare. For simple extractions with local anesthesia only, fasting is usually not necessary. If you have questions, reach out to your local Aspen Dental office for further details.
Soft foods are recommended for the first 24 to 48 hours. Options include yogurt, mashed potatoes, scrambled eggs, soft pastas and smoothies. As healing progresses, you can reintroduce solid foods when it feels right for you.
Make sure to avoid crunchy, sticky or very hot foods until cleared by your provider.
Follow all after-care instructions given to you by your provider. Typically, you’ll be guided to: Avoid smoking or vaping, keep your head elevated, use ice to reduce swelling. Once cleared by your provider, maintain good oral hygiene by brushing gently around the area of your extraction.
