⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Truly Amazing Experience at Aspen Dental on Austin Highway
I honestly don’t know where to begin because our experience at Aspen Dental on Austin Highway meant so much to us.
We had already been to six different dental offices, and each experience seemed to leave us more exhausted and discouraged than the last. We were trying to find someone who would actually listen, take the time to understand my husband’s situation, and help us find a solution. Instead, we kept walking away feeling frustrated and like we were back at square one.
Then we walked into Aspen Dental on Austin Highway — and from the very beginning, it felt different. ❤️
Kenny at the front desk was our very first point of contact, and he was so kind, welcoming, patient, and helpful. Sometimes the first person you meet can completely change how you feel walking into a place, and Kenny did exactly that. He made us feel comfortable and like we were in good hands.
Ruby, the technician, was wonderful as well. She was caring, professional, and made the process much easier for my husband.
Then we met Dr. Miranda, and I cannot say enough about him. He was friendly, compassionate, thorough, and genuinely interested in helping my husband. He took the time to examine him, listen to our concerns, and explain things in a way that we could understand. After going through six other dental offices, having a doctor who actually took the time to listen and help us was incredibly meaningful.
But I especially want to take a moment to recognize Solano Carver.
Solano went above and beyond. ❤️
There was something very special about the way Solano treated us. The kindness, patience, understanding, and genuine care shown to my husband and me did not go unnoticed. After being so discouraged by our previous experiences, Solano helped restore some of our hope that we had finally found people who truly cared about helping us.
Solano, thank you. You may not realize how much your kindness meant to us, but after everything we had been through, it made a difference.
And Dr. Miranda, thank you for being the kind of doctor who listens, explains, and treats people with compassion and respect. You made my husband feel comfortable and gave us the feeling that we were finally being heard.
Lynette was as sweet as pie and continued to make us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our visit.
So thank you to Kenny, Ruby, Dr. Miranda, Lynette, and especially Solano Carver. Every one of you played a part in turning what had become a very stressful and exhausting search into an experience filled with kindness, hope, and relief.
After visiting six other dental offices, we were honestly tired of searching for answers.
Aspen Dental on Austin Highway gave us a reason to feel hopeful again.
We are truly grateful for the entire team, but Solano Carver and Dr. Miranda deserve a very special thank-you. The compassion and care they showed us will not be forgotten.
Thank you for treating us like people who mattered, not just another appointment. That means more than you know. ❤️Gary and Brenda Hernandez
Very friendly staff, from the front reception to the office manager. Would highly recommend.
Haven’t been to a dentist in over 20 years due to previous bad experiences. Staff immediately made me feel at ease, answered all my questions, and gave me information and options to handle my situation.
