I came in yesterday for major dental work, and Dr "U" and her entire staff are amazing! My dentures are beautiful, and exceeded my expectations! I promise to share a photo when the normal swelling accompanied by this procedure goes down!
Thank you to the 23rd St Panama City FL location for taking me in so quickly regarding my very painful and emergent situation. I'm so blessed and grateful that they were there for me. Emma,Destiny and especially Haley stood out and went over and beyond their call of duty. Emma was so gentle and empathetic knowing how painful it was to go through the Xray process. She even came by my room later to check on me and later offered me a hug after finding out that I had a cracked back molar and have Stage 3 periodontal disease. I was in the waiting area waiting to see Destiny, the finacial person when Emma came by to hug me. That helped me so much because I was all by myself, don't have family nearby. It really made me feel better. Destiny was also gental and empathetic while informing me of the cost and provided me with payment options that I can afford. She was very patient and gave me breaks due to the shooting pain in my ear and mouth. Now to Haley. All I can say is WOW. She attended to me the majority of the many hours I spent there between two days. I kept confusing her with the doctor she was so knowledgeable and explained everything so I could understand which helped me make the right decisions. She has extremely good patient interaction skills talking to me throughout the procedures and she went the extra mile to make sure the doctor extracted my tooth right away instead of waiting another day. She knew that would take the immediate pain I was going through. Dr.Shitcon was very nice but I only saw her for a brief time. Once to administer additional anesthesia and another brief time when she extracted my molar. Again, very nice but I can't say very much due to our brief encounter. Haley is the one who took care of me and provided me with aftercare instructions and gave me what I needed to take care of my extracted tooth and periodontal disease. What I didn't reveal to the staff is that I have a needle phobia that causes extreme anxiety, that coupled with the anxiety of the instruments making horrible sounds, I was an emotional mess inside while not letting anyone know what I was internally experiencing. But these 3 people, Emma, Destiny and especially Haley, made it sooo much easier and less painful and much much easier to experience. So much so that I am going to make a better effort to come back for future dental care. From the bottom of my heart, thank you to them. Theses 3 people, especially Haley, sure deserve any bonus or incentive reward that may exist within your company. Blessings!🥰
