I have several autoimmune diseases that have ravaged my gums and teeth and I no longer smile. My prior dentistry broke us financially and emotionally- took advantage of my situation. I took a chance and called Aspen Dental. They got me in the next day! After a short amount of time, I was seen, x-rayed, given amazing options that I didn’t know were possible- along with multiple payment plans for us to compare- the right cost and the right procedure- and the right dental team! They took quality time- no rushing. I felt important. I felt taken seriously. From the front office when we walked in, to my doctor, my hygienists, to Marcos in the finance office, to the nurses and technicians- literally EVERYONE on their team… I have only the highest regard for and great appreciation for! They are sincerely a TEAM! We saw that within minutes and we left feeling like we had been a patient with Aspen for years! I cried to find out I have options that are affordable- no gimmick pricing. Not to mention, they got my molding done in my first visit and have my dental procedure 3 days later (Friday)! No wait! They are also cautious of my care, given my conditions and made sure to communicate with my specialists to ensure my health and safety without being pushy! They just genuinely care. That is so evident. I go for my new smile on Friday and I am actually excited to go to my dentist!!! I can’t wait to come back and review & tell all about that visit. I should have been here years ago and we have decided that our whole family will be switching to Aspen as well. I just couldn’t be more grateful and excited! Thank you guys so very much!!! ❤️
