It didn't hurt for a long time and suddenly started to hurt a lot. I called in the morning, got an appointment late after noon, and they had my tooth out by 5 o'clock. It was completely affordable. I think I paid $330 total, without insurance, for the exam and extraction. It's now about 6 days later and it's healed up great, like it was never there. Very happy.
