Dental care in Burleson, TX

Great experience from start to finish. Alyssa was especially helpfully. She took the time to explain everything and made sure I knew what was going on, which I really appreciated. I will be back.

BEWARE OF ASPEN DENTAL IN BURLESON!. All locations maybe be the same, but I can only speak on my experience. Melissa and the Dentist told me that I would leave with an appliance for my mouth after having my tooth pulled in the front of my mouth. Before pulling my tooth, they knew that there would be no appliance and sent my on my way looking absolutely crazy. I immediately followed up the next day demanding my appliance and asking why I was deceived and not given a choice on having the service performed or not. The answer was that the Dentist who pulls teeth only comes once a month. Who cares?. I am a public speaker and would never have had this procedure done at this time had I known. I called today(12/15/25) to the Burleson location to find out where was my appliance after over a week and had the absolute displeasure of talking with ALEX (female) ALEX tells me she doesn't know, it's not like she's at the location where it is made and can tell me!. What the heck kind of customer service is that? Aspen Dental advertises an 'exclusive peace of mind promise', of which I have not received. Furthermore, the office conned my dental insurance into thinking that a service provided was performed over 2-days as they require when it was performed in one day at one time. Not only cheating the insurance company but also wasting my valuable time. I will be following up with the dental board for resolution since ASPEN DENTAL and it's associates, including Melissa, and the actual dentist do not give a damn about the patient and are only out for the money. A truly dishonest and unreputable chain of dentistry. ASPEN, you should be ashamed of yourselves
