As a first time patient, everyone was very nice and ensured that all of my needs were met. I especially appreciated the obvious transparent way in which every step and cost is discussed. I have used other "chain" dentistry services before that were exceptionally deceptive and only wanted to charge the highest price. That's not what they do here, and they may have a customer for life as a result.
So we all know how stressful a visit to the Dentist can be. Well @ Aspen Dental in Arlington is an exception to the rule! I was immediately made to feel at ease, cared for & in totally good hands! Jessica did my ex rays, so friendly & professional, Dr.Yaqeen was so thorough with explaining. He was so reassuring & super friendly! Melissa was a complete delight to work with on acquiring financial assistance. The young man making my imprints (I know that’s the wrong term) was a true professional at his job! No pulling or tugging on my mouth or face. Tha absolute best! My dental work isn’t done yet but I am so very excited to get it done. I believe that I am going to be very very pleased.
