The whole experience from the time I walked in the door until I left was wonderful. I'm a big chicken when it comes to going to the dentist. But the tech (who was from the office in Hermitage) was amazing, she was so sweet, kind, caring, and amazing. She made the entire experience so much easier. I had to have a tooth pulled and she patted my hand and told me everything was going to be ok. The Dr. He was awesome to. He explained everythi g he was going to do before doing it, ask if I had any questions, and answered everyone. They both mad me feel like I was the ONLY one there.
They were also taking care of first responders, military were all being treated free that day. There was a band playing soothing music. Best dental experience I have ever had at a dentist office. They are #1 in my book.
