i had an appointment last week at Aspen Dental, in West Nashville.This visit was long over due because of fear and financial reasons. I have NEVER been made to feel so calm and comfortable. The entire staff was so uplifting,and kind and gentle but Dr. Rodney Gean I can't thank and say enough kind things about him.It's rare to find a Dr.so compassionate and caring as he is. Robin also was amazing, She went over my treatment plan and finances with me, she never rushed me and helped me work out a plan that i could manage financially. She too went beyond her duties to help me..I got a comforting hug from her and was made to feel like family. The entire staff was amazing and would highly recommend them to everyone looking for an awesome dental group.
I was apprehensive about coming to the Aspen group. I read the reviews from other patients, and hoped my experience would be as favourable! It was even better than I could have imagined! From the front desk, to the young lady that took my x-ray, to Dr. Larkin, and the financial person. I was put at ease! All of my questions where answered and made clear (to me and my husband). My comfort was their first priority! And making me feel their concern about everything, meant so much to me!!! A plan was put in place and acted on immediately.
