Today, my daughter had extensive dental work at the Myrtle Beach office. She was so nervous but the entire staff made her feel safe, cared for, and comfortable. My daughter particularly felt that Dr. Mills, and the entire team, understood her anxiety and treated her with such kindness. I worked with Courtney on the financials and she was just so lovely and kind to work with. I live 3+ hours from Myrtle Beach otherwise they would have me as a patient too. Good Lord knows I prayed a lot about finding the best dentist for multiple procedures I need done. Answer to prayers God is good and so is this team at Aspen dental Myrtle Beach!
As an individual that has been diagnosed with some symptoms of AUADHD tendencies and severe anxiety, the people working here were so patient and considerate and compassionate with me and definitely cared about the patient's health overall! The dental hygenist Jennifer was thorough and informative with me on proper hygiene, and I felt the dental assistant Ashley worked so well alongside Dr. Mills in making sure I had the most smoothest painless and proactive and articulately well done dental work!
I will mention that the administrative team was wonderful also such as front desk and operations lead. Courtney was so wonderful and helping with discounts and educating o. different dental insurance plans, although I would definitely consider their Aspen dental plan for the $49.99!
I am so blessed to have these guys there for my dental health and look forward to my future appointments with him! I would definitely recommend to others!
