I don’t often write reviews, but the team at Aspen Dental absolutely deserves to be recognized for what they did for me this past week. From the moment I walked in, Bree at the front desk treated my situation with urgency, respect, and genuine concern. She immediately recognized how severe my condition was and had me in a chair within 10 minutes of arrival. That kind of attention can literally change the outcome for a patient in pain, and I will never forget it. Once I was brought back, Juan, the dental assistant, never left my side. He showed me a level of dignity, encouragement, and compassion that I have never experienced in a dental setting before. He talked me through every step, grounded me through the fear and discomfort, and made an overwhelming situation feel manageable. His kindness was constant, and it mattered more than he knows. Dr. Soca, who ultimately performed the extractions, showed a level of empathy and professional integrity that truly stood out. I could tell he was conflicted about removing a front tooth… most dentists would hesitate. But he listened to me, understood the severity of my pain, and made a decision rooted in compassion rather than cosmetic hesitation. He moved with confidence, explained everything, and gave me relief I had been desperately needing. The entire team stayed past operating hours just to make sure I was taken care of safely and thoroughly. That is not something most practices would do. It speaks volumes about the values of this office and the people in it. Because of the collaborative efforts of Bree, Juan, and Dr. Soca, I’ve made the decision to trust Aspen Dental with my ongoing care. When you’re a patient with complex dental problems and you’ve felt dismissed or minimized elsewhere — compassion and respect become just as important as skill. They made me feel seen, safe, and valued in one of the most painful moments of my life. Even in the absence of my beloved front tooth, I’m truly grateful, and I can confidently say that this team has earned my trust completely.
