This might seem odd to say but I had one of the best dentist experiences EVER with my root canal (not the fun part). While I was waiting, I started to chat with the woman receptionist. Then walks in this other gentleman who greeted me, without ever seeing me before, like I was family. I don't recall precisely what transpired but we were laughing and chatting like long-lost friend. Let me get to the point- I asked and was told this gentleman's name is Jaguar, yes like the cat I was told lol. Aside from the smiles (Jaguar had an AMAZING smile I hope to attribute to Aspen) and laughter Jaguar gave me the sense, the feeling that he was genuinely concerned for my health (teeth) and wellbeing. The customer service was exemplary! I later passed him in the hall and he asked how everything was going. He addressed me BY NAME too! That is the ultimate display of optimal customer service WOW. Jaguar's attitude (nothing but positive!) his demeanor, his politeness, his professionalism and his kindness made me say upon leaving "what root canal?"
